Coaching & Directing

I have been performing improv since 2008 when I joined St Andrews University’s improv and sketch group Blind Mirth. With them I performed weekly for four years as well as three sold-out, five-star runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and developed new formats for both short and long-form improv.

In 2014 I came to London to be part of the first Writing and Producing Comedy diploma with Channel 4 at the National Film and Television School. That year I also joined Glitch – The Improvised Puppet Show and started two-prov Mike & Charlie. Since then I have performed as solo improv characters, directed the first Improvised Nativity Play and guested with a number of well-known groups.

I have attended improv workshops with Hoopla, classes at the FA, worked regularly with teachers of Monkey Toast and was recently cast in Nursery Original.

With a background in dance and having trained in acting, writing and clowning, I like to help performers find new ways to freshen up their act and bring joy into improv.

So whether you are a new group looking to build skills and confidence or an established team wanting a bit of a shake up, I would love to hear from you.
